Our story begins with James Samuel, who came from the rural outskirts of Kaiseri, Turkey. His intelligence, drive, and ambition brought him to New York City, the financial capital of the world. Starting as a dishwasher at a small diner in the iconic Chrysler Building, he built relationships with executives who frequented the establishment. These connections led to his first property acquisition and entry into the parking business, which became the foundation for future real estate ventures.
A testament to our family's legacy is 111 East 24th Street, which has remained in the family for generations. Initially operated as a parking facility by James's three daughters, the property has evolved through the vision of subsequent generations into the development it is today, symbolizing our family's commitment to growth and adaptation in New York's dynamic real estate market.
